JavaScript rules.js translates WIN_MASKS, is_move_legal, generate_legal_moves and has_winning_line. The board-level unable-to-move loss rule is preserved. Original interface, bounded negamax, three practice starts and persistence. No upstream binary, database or training data shipped.
